I'm a college student, and there is a new rule in our college that forbids us from taking mobile phones to any class. It's a rule that I'm not happy about. To be honest, this rule drives me crazy. This rule was introduced about two years ago, and it caused a little controversy. Actually, it's not a popular rule today. I really don't like this rule and still find it difficult to get used to because my phone plays a significant role in my study life, and I believe that I'm mature and responsible enough to use my phone in a productive way. In the past, I used my phone in class to take pictures of the teacher's notes from the whiteboard or record some lectures because I'm not so fast at taking notes. So, this was a very useful and convenient way for me to keep up with my studies and not miss anything important. Most other students agree with me, and we are still trying to find a way to have it changed. Thank you.
