The skill that I find the most difficult to learn is Muay Thai. It looks simple on the surface, but when you really try it yourself, you can easily get overwhelmed because it is a challenging thing to do if you don't know the right technique. Your body needs to be flexible to perform certain moves. If you want to learn it yourself, you need to go to the nearest Muay Thai gym in your city and join a beginner class. I believe it will benefit your body and mind because it is a form of exercise, and you can learn how to protect yourself while doing it.
