Okay, first of all, I would like to talk about a skill that took me a long time to learn. It was about one year ago when I started to study and train for an exam that I will take this year. My goal was to recognize and memorize the information I learned. It was very hard; it was difficult for me to memorize things. I always learned something, but after one day, I would forget the information I learned the day before. I watched many videos, and one of them was about the Pomodoro Technique. With this technique, you study for 20 minutes, then take a five-minute break, and then continue with another 20 minutes of study followed by a break. After I started using this method, I realized that I began to memorize the information I learned, and I was very happy about that. Looking back, I learned that you must find techniques that will help you achieve your goals. That's all.

Okay, first of all I would like to talk about a skill which I learned a long time. It was like one year ago. I started to study and train to the exam, which I will pass in this year. My goal was to recognize, memorize the information which I learned. So it was very hard. It was very difficult to memorize me to something. I always learned something but after one day I always forgot information which I learned day before. So I have one, I saw many videos, so one of them it was about Pomador and challenge. It was Pomador. You must to study 20 minutes after it. You must to five minutes to relax after it, third and ten minutes to relax and like it will continue like that. After it I start I understand that I started to memorize information which I learned so I was very happy about that. So looking back I learned that all things you must to you must to found some some things which will help you to do something yeah that’s all
