At first, I found it difficult because I had hesitations due to my fear of the waters, but I pushed myself to learn to swim and I never give up and skip a day. And with regular practice, finally, I learned swimming and I left my fear of the waters. And now I am a professional player in the swimming competitions. Moreover, I love to teach my friends and relatives to swim. And it is a great sport and everyone should know swimming. The reason is that it is a basic life skill. Firstly, they should do basic moves in the water and they should do consistent practice and help them in learning it. When I swim, I feel great and calm because it gives me a bunch of benefits and it helps me build muscles and stay healthy. It avoids suffering from obesity. In my opinion, swimming skills are one of the vital abilities in life.
