Well, I have learned a skill from my grandmother, which was how to make a proper chapati or roti. That skill was very difficult for me at that time because I did not know how to make it. But with the passage of time and after several attempts, I learned how to make it. In the community, it edified our personality if a woman knew how to make it, how to make a roti, or how to make certain dishes. So, I learned those types of things from my grandmother, as well as from different sources that were available at that time. I also learned that my grandmother was very strict. I learned how to make a traditional curry made of yogurt and raisins. That curry was made with yogurt, raisins, and gram flour. When we make a mixture of gram flour, we fry it in a small quantity, just like a patty. Then we take it out from the pan, and in the mixture of raisins and yogurt, we add that gram flour patty and mix it. That's a traditional dish from where I belong. So, yeah, that's the thing that we are mostly interested in. You know, trying different recipes and trying different things was very good for developing certain skills.
