Okay, today I'm going to talk about a skill that I learned from older people. One skill that I learned from older people is cooking traditional Uzbek dishes. I first learned this skill from my grandmother, who was an expert in preparing various Uzbek meals. I remember that when I was younger, I used to spend a lot of time with her in the kitchen, watching her prepare delicious dishes like pilaf, manti, and sanzang. Both of these are my favorite dishes. I was about 11 years old when I first started learning how to cook. My grandmother was very patient with me and taught me step by step how to make these dishes. She always emphasized the importance of using fresh ingredients and following the traditional techniques that had been passed down through generations. At first, I was clumsy and often made mistakes.
