The skills that I would like to learn is so basic and like everyone can do it well for me it’s a big challenge for me so it’s the social communication skills I know it sounds silly but I’m an introvert person that I rarely talking about myself or chatting with others because I afforded to that and also I’m an observer for the human because I like to stay behind the group or stay far away from the group and then to observe. And so through communication skills, it’s quite essential for humans, human beings, because I have studied psychology and I know that if we cannot just communicate with people, It is hard for us to build a social dynamic, a social circle which may lower our psychological resilience and it may affect our psychological health. So I plan to learn it by joining some activities or extracurricular activities to force myself, to encourage myself, to communicate with people. example I’ve joined Summer Exchange in coming July and I plan to go Korea to have my first exchange program and I think the challenge that I will face is about the language barrier because I don’t know how to speak Korean so it is quite big difficulty for me but I think I can overcome it
