Okay, I would like to explain the skill I would love to learn in the future. As I am currently a cornea specialist, I would like to improve my skills in cornea transplantation, specifically focusing on lamellar transplantation. This involves changing some thickness, not really changing it entirely, because this type of surgery can reduce graft rejections and lead to superior long-term healing and visual outcomes compared to full-thickness transplantations. I want to learn it because I want to maximize my patients' outcomes and help cure their chronic blindness in my country, allowing my patients to see well again. To achieve this, I plan to take the IOs and apply for a clinical fellowship position in senior eye hospitals. I anticipate facing language barriers because I have to act like the doctors in Sydney, and since I graduated from a Thai school, I don't speak English much in my daily life. Therefore, I need to improve my English proficiency to communicate clearly and ensure my patients' safety. Additionally, I will have to adapt to a new workplace culture, which means I need to be punctual and professional when dealing with Australian patients.
