And from my perspective, this is a very useful skill because you can achieve very goals when you know how to work as part of a team. And before I started to work in my current workplace, I wasn’t good at working team at all. I really enjoyed working by myself because I could manage my time and do whatever I wanted. But in my workplace, I found out that, first of all, it was really necessary to work as a team to achieve better goals, to have better outcomes. Number two, that even if I was working so hard, I couldn’t reach my goals working by myself. So basically I understood that it was necessary to work with others, to benefit patients basically. So I learned it and being totally honest, more in this process of trying, making mistakes and learning from my mistakes. So I can say that I learned it on the flight. It wasn’t easy, as I said before. It was complicated, but at the end, very rewarding. In the end, very rewarding. And it wasn’t by choice. I learned it because it was really pivotal to keep my job, so I have to basically work in team. And in a nutshell, I can say that it’s very important because when we want to benefit the patient, when we want to help people, is really necessarily to work with others in order to help each other to benefit the patient as I said before. That’s basically what I consider really relevant and yeah, nice in this matter. So thank you so much.
