Initially he teach me about techniques and equipments that used during the preparation and showed me demonstrations of some meals. Firstly, I found it a little bit difficult, but after few attempts, I started to like it. and from this half of his green hands, I learned not only one or however the numerous of meals and When I have a hectic week I always started to make fast like fast meals because it took a fraction of my time and The meals which whip up become very delicious and invigorate compared to traditional ones. As you know, traditional ones time consuming and can create a feeling of fatigue. So I think fast meals cultivate only sense of chef, I would say.
