Talking about the important decision till now that I have made for myself being healthier and energetic is early wake up in the morning. I usually wake up at the late morning or even 7 or 8 in the morning time but after knowing that it is much more harmful and impactful in my life and I decided to wake up in early morning and nowadays I wake up at the early 4 am. After waking up I usually go for a short run and in the daily purposes I usually took around 4 to 5 kilometers because it is an aerobic activity which makes my lungs health and breath more healthy and even though it is a small decision but it made my life more impactful earlier. After wake up in the early, the results are being so grateful for me and the body is so energetic for the whole day. Even though it was an amazing experience for me and I thought the valuable lesson from getting up early in the morning. After I finished my running, I usually came to my house and put water in the flower pot. And the flowers are glowing day by day due to my regular activities and my health also going improving day by day due to my such practice.
