The first thing that comes to mind is when I went to the gym. It was quite a long time ago, I think two years ago. And it changed many things in my daily routine and it had a really big impact on my daily routine. I decided to make it when all of my friends and classmates went to the gym and they said like, wow, that's a super nice place where I can train my physique and be more confident in myself. I implemented it. Not so quite easy because I think, no, I think I implemented it quite easily because I was a professional swimmer when I was younger. So I really had to practice more on my back. So I don't have to practice more on my back because it was already pumped and it was trained to make it. And the positive effects it had on my own life is that I met many new people and I improved my physique and I started to be more confident than I was back in time.
