For this reason, they try to make a plan with good sides, and for this reason, they try to change something in their daily routine. And for example, I want to change something in my daily routine, and firstly, I want to change waking up early. Actually, I wake up early during the university term, but this summer holiday term, I don't wake up early. And for this reason, I see my daily routine pass lately, pass late. And for this reason, I want to improve and progress this wake-up routine. In this day, during the night, I sleep very late. And for this reason, I woke up late. And I want to change these things because I decided to learn a new language, and for this reason, I want to wake up early and improve these skills. And maybe I want to then I sleep when I sleep early and I wake up early this way. Maybe I change this routine, and for this reason, as a result, I want to read a book, I want to watch films and analyze them. Maybe I change, I believe in myself.
