Um, it was during the outbreak of Covid-19 I was struggling in job surarching. I was quite desperate and distressed. Uh, after seeing the sad look on my face, my mother decided to surprise me with some meal. Um, so I will give you a little bit background. I traveled to Egypt in 2018, and after then, I fell love with, uh, with this special meal. Shakuka is a poached egg, some, uh, made with some spicy sauce, like a, um, potato or some peppers and some vegetable, maybe. It’s very delicious. And, uh, nutrition. So, um, I had been craving for this meal, and my mother, she didn’t know how to make this, so she lookked it up on the Internet and decided to make this. So eventually, we shared this meal, uh, at our dinner, and I felt very happy. And it really helped me to relie, uh, weieved all the stress I had, uh, during that time. And, yeah, I just feel very grateful and indebted to my mother. Thank you.
