So recently I attended a sporting event, which was a kind of cricket event known as the NPL. In the history of sporting events in Nepal, it was one of the biggest tournaments. It took place in KTM city at the Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, and the event started on December 1st and ended on December 21st. Talking about why I decided to go to this event, it was because my favorite team, Sudhir Pashtim Royals, was playing in it and made it to the finals. However, during the final, they lost the match to Janakpur Royals by only five runs. At that moment, I felt so bad for them since they hadn't lost a single match since the beginning, but in the end, they lost in the finals. Moreover, it cannot be compared to other sporting events I have been to because I have never seen this much crowd and this many fans at any sporting event. People were crazy about cricket; they were supporting everyone. For example, the tickets were sold out, and people couldn't get any tickets. So what they did was climb trees to watch from the top. It was an amazing tournament, I think.
