The phone itself was a black sleek android device notably being my first smartphone. It has all the cutting edge features with a dual camera and an impressive pixel quality. This mobile phone is not just a technological asset but a symbol of my father’s love and dedication. I used to value it a lot and took care of it meticulously. As it is very precious to me I never used to share it with anyone. Unfortunately the loss occurred during a trip from my hometown to which I wanted to attend a conference. In the midst of my busy schedule I attended a call from my mother and right after the call I misplaced my phone. It did not take much time to realize that I lost my mobile phone. I was down in the dumps and literally cried a lot because all my memories were stored in the form of photos and important certificates were all present in that mobile phone. Despite the support given by my family friends who searched high and low I could not get it back. I took a step forward and filed a complaint in the police station but all my efforts were in vain and I could not recover it back. After that I have bought many other phones but that mobile phone is very special to my heart and very close to my heart. It taught me an enviable lesson about cherishing and being mindful about the things that truly matters to us.
