Uh, I am an employee in organization, and my daily routine involves traveling by, uh, car from Laampton to Markham. Last month, when I was driving on my way to work, my phone suddenly rang, but I was talking to my family. Uh, when I checked the call, I was from an unknown number. I ignored it. Normally, I tryied to avoidanceswering random calls, and I did that time also. But when I reached work and I started my work after 30 minutes, I, uh, received call from the same number again. But this time I decided to pick up after receving people calls from the same number. To my surprise, it was a call from the bank, and the caller was trying to convince me to get a discount at my monthly bills. He explained all the details thoroughly. Initially, I showed some interest and asked about the entire process, how it was challenging to focus, really will ask for me to hear the conversation because of the excessive noise of the machines at my work, which was quite distracting. After a while, I asked him to call me back later, uh, but he was reluctant to disconnect it. But then he was asking me to share the one time password password with him, which I received, texted my inbox. Then I came to know it’a Protau call immediately ied the conversation, blocked that contact number and reported it as well. So this was the time when I got a spontaneous call, which was fraud call.
