It happened last summer when I was out shopping. I was in a pocket store when suddenly my phone started ringing. At first, I was a little hesitant because it was an unknown number, but it rang again, so I decided to answer. To my surprise, it was a radio announcer. They informed me that I had won a contest I had entered a few weeks ago, but I had completely forgotten about it. The caller explained that I had won two tickets for an upcoming music festival in our town, and I was over the moon. I was so happy to hear that. I responded by confirming my information and asking how to receive the prize. They were very friendly and patient. After hanging up, I experienced a roller coaster of emotions. This experience taught me that sometimes giving a chance to unknown calls can lead to a pleasant experience.
