It happened last summer when I was out shopping. I was in a pocket store when my phone suddenly started ringing. I was initially a bit hesitant to pick up because it was an unknown number, but when it rang again, I decided to answer. To my surprise, it was a radio announcer. They informed me that I had won a contest I had entered a few weeks ago and had completely forgotten about. I responded quickly, confirmed my information, and asked how to receive my prize. They were so friendly and patient throughout the conversation. After hanging up, I experienced a rollercoaster of emotions, from disbelief to joy. This experience taught me that sometimes taking a chance on an unknown caller can lead to a pleasant surprise.
