I remember one time when I was sitting at a bus stop downtown. I got a call from an unknown number. It was noisy and crowded, but out of curiosity, I answered. A woman's voice came through. She asked, "Is this Miss Nam?" I followed this number in a notebook, and I was at the cafe. I was surprised and told her I was not, and maybe she had the wrong number. Still shy, I had been to the cafe earlier. I just checked my past to be sure I hadn't lost anything. I explained the mix-up politely, and she apologized. I told her I was totally fine and wished her good luck. It felt a bit strange talking to a stranger in public, especially with people around me listening. But overall, I felt good for being polite and helpful, even if just for a moment. It reminded me that small conversations like this can still leave a positive impression.
