At first, I was really excited because they look stylish and came in a nice box. However, as soon as I checked them, I realized that the shoe quality wasn’t as good as I had expected. First, the size is larger than my size. So yeah, it is a fail and the color is better than I expected. So I have been making me uncomfortable for a long time. After consideration, I decided that it wasn’t worth keeping them so I contacted the online service customer and required a return. Luckily, the website has 7 day return policies which allow me to send them back and receive full refund. The process was simple. I have to find out an online form, explain why I want to return this item, and then I packed the shoe back in original box and scheduled a pick up with the delivery service. And after that, the customer came to my house in the next day and collected the package. And after a few days, I received an email confirming that my refunds have been processed. So yeah, this experiment taught me to do more research before making a purchase, especially for clothes. So now I always try to test product installed before buying the more like.
