One time I changed my opinion was about exercising and staying fit because when I was younger I used to think that working out was exclusive for people who want to become athletes or build big muscles and at the time I was a bit of coach potato because I really enjoyed relaxing at home and and any kind of exercise felt simet tiring and less enjoyable for me. However, my perspective changed around a year ago because I noticed that I felt constantly drained, especially after long days at university and I wasn’t feel as energetic as I wanted to. And thus I decided to incorporate some simple workouts and evening walks into my daily routine. At first I didn’t enjoy it at all, but after a few weeks I started noticing a huge difference. For example, I had more energy during the day, slept better at night and even felt more positive. And that’s when I realized that the exercise It’s not just about your appearance, but it’s also about your physical and mental well-being. And nowadays I try to stay active whenever I can. Even though I don’t work out every single day, I do enjoy going for work and doing simple workouts a few times a week. So overall I am very glad I changed my opinion because it helped me build healthier habits and felt better and feel better both mentally and physically.
