So I remember creating a painting in middle school. It was for an art competition. The painting was a really beautiful sunset with forever in the background. I used new paints that I got from Italy for this piece. I used a lot of different shades like orange, pink, and red to make the sunset more realistic. I also used different textured brushes, and I think it really helped me get the painting just how I wanted it. The process was really challenging for me at that time, but it was really enjoyable too. It was challenging because I was never really interested in art, and it was my first time doing something professional with it. I think getting the right colors and shades and drawing really particular details was hard for me. But once I got the hang of it, I started enjoying myself. My classmates, teachers, and family reacted positively. They were very impressed. I was so glad I could place at that time. I think it really boosted my confidence in the art field. They really impressed me and made me appreciate my art skills. I still am interested in it now.
