Throughout my life, I have encountered various issues that were difficult to handle. However, the one issue that stands out is the time when I was pursuing my project management course. During the course, my professor assigned projects to groups, and he created the groups as per his choice. After the assignment of a group project, I found out that I didn't know anyone from my team. One of my team members announced that he would not help in completing the project. I was really disappointed with his decision, and I felt it would be unfair to allow him not to work on the assignment but still receive a share of the grades. I reached out to him and explained that his participation would not only help him get good grades but also was essential for our efforts to achieve a good result. I knew that communication is the key to solving any problem. Luckily, he was receptive to my feedback, and he changed his decision and took part in the project. From that incident, I learned that communication and prompt attention to any matter are really important in our lives to solve any issue.
