Back in 2021, when the COVID cases skyrocketed, the hospital staff and medical personnel weren't allowed to go home because it might spread the disease, spread the virus more, and it could spread the virus to their family members as well. I had to stay alone in my home for almost 7-8 months, and it was really a tough time. I had to order food almost every day, and I became really addicted to fast food, consuming a lot of fast food with too much oil. I gained a lot of weight—20 to 30 kilos, maybe? I was 75 kilograms at the beginning of 2021. By 2022, I was 110 kilos. One day, it hit me that I couldn't move the way I wanted to because my body wouldn't let me. I was lacking self-awareness. I was devastated and frustrated with my body. So, I started working out at home first. I lost around 5 to 10 kilograms just by controlling my diet, and then I did a lot of skipping every day. The problem was solved, and it took me about 3 months to get in shape again. My weight came down to 80 kilos. As of today, that's about it.
