Honestly, I am not that type of person who can organize something themselves. Because I think it’s too hard to organize an event yourself without any help. So I want to share my experience to organize some event party with my colleagues at workplaces. I think it was last year or in our hospital we had some accommodation, some competition about whose department will be the best to describe the new year. And we also needed to improvise some maybe themes about our job and including the new year team. And initially our doctors didn’t want to do something like this because we don’t have any time. However, in the last moment we just don’t have anything to represent our department. So, me and my two colleagues were a young colleague in our collective. We decided to search some plots about the new year with the team and our head of department. gave us some ideas what we can do according to our job and it was incredibly challenging job because we have so many people with some ideas and some cases it was so difficult to organize all of this but we did it and we had second place in that competition.
