Honestly, I’m not the kind of person who can organize something on my own. I find it quite challenging to arrange an event without assistance. Therefore, I would like to share my experience in organizing a party with my colleagues at work. Last year, I held a competition to see which department could best represent the new year. We were have main team about the competition and initially our doctors were hesitant to participate because they felt that time constraints would make it difficult. However, at the last minute we realized we didn’t have anything prepared to showcase our department. So my two colleagues and I, who are the younger members of our team, decided to brainstorm ideas for a new year’s theme. Our department had provided with some suggestions based on our work, which made the task even more challenging as we had to accommodate a variety of differentities from everyone. However, we did it and we have some scenario with several people, I think at almost six people and it was crazy idea I think because we need to represent our babies, our newborn patients and with new year theme. Also, we have some training while we were working or after work. It was challenging due to night shift or 24 hour shift and everybody was exhausted. But we have two or three times repetition and after that we had a day of competition where we needed to represent our department after two or three departments before us. Ultimately, we secured second place in the competition.
