Okay, here I would like to talk about one of my experiences from my internship at THQ Hospital in Shakhpura. There was a situation when the hospital staff management were all in a meeting, and suddenly a very critical patient came into the ward. I was there to look after the patients, and I was panicked at that time because, in a hurry, there was bleeding and a critical situation. I had never faced that situation before in my career. At that time, I held my breath and approached the patient. I first took the history and managed the treatment plans. I followed the initial protocol, which included pain management and medication, so that the patient felt stable. After about 30 minutes, when all the conditions were normal and all the vitals were stable, I started with the procedure. I learned time management and patient handling from this experience. It helped me a lot in my future career because time management is very important, not only for your professional skills but also for the patients' lives. You have to respond quickly and not panic in these situations.
