Well, last year I faced a problem with my computer; it would not turn on, and I thought there was an issue with it. I couldn't solve this on my own, so I decided to ask for help from my cousin. I communicated with him through my smartphone using Messenger, and he called me on a video call. He showed me how to resolve the problem with my computer. He advised me to open the computer's motherboard and replace the RAM. He also mentioned that if it didn't work, I should take it to a shop to fix the issue. During this video call, I was able to solve my computer problem, and the experience was very positive; I still remember that day. I am especially grateful for his help in resolving my computer's errors, and I am thankful to my cousin for this reason.

I cannot solve this and for this reason I want to take help with my cousin and I communicate with him, with the smartphone and messenger and he called me in video call and he showed me how to solve this problem that occurs in my computer.
