I am a software developer, and I am working in a small company. I want to switch my job. One day, I saw a vacancy, and I was happy at that time because I had a chance to send my CV. I sent it to a company that was higher up, and after two days, they called me. They asked me to schedule an interview because they were interested in my CV and wanted to talk with me. Then they asked me for my availability, and I said that I would come for the interview the next day. They agreed, and the following day, I went there fully prepared. I had done a lot of preparation, but they asked me a lot of questions, and I failed to answer some of them because I didn’t know the answers at that time. I answered with some hesitation, and I lacked confidence, so they did not select me. I felt very pessimistic about it. From that experience, I learned that I need to practice more. It makes a lot of sense that even if I prepare, I have to focus on building my confidence as well as gaining knowledge. Thank you.
