This is actually really funny. For example, I tried making cheese. It is really funny. So I get the milk and then the recipe said we have to put some lemon and some vinegar in the milk and then stir the milk with the vinegar or the salt or the lemon whichever it is into. What is a word? Well, you separate the milk clods from the milk. So I stir the milk and then it separates. So I strain it. And then after straining, the amount of milk that comes out is actually much, much less. The amount of the clods, I think that is what they call them, the milk, you know, that milk bits that make the cheese. So I was supposed to get that, put it in a blender, add some salt, add some milk, and then blend, and then mix cheese. So when I put everything in the blender and blend, it didn’t… how do I say this? It didn’t mix cheese. I don’t know what went wrong. I went back and revised the recipe, but it just stayed. It didn’t become a smooth buttery cheesy feel. It stayed clumpy, that is what I was saying. And I tried to add some more milk, add some more salt, but I didn’t improve that through everything I know. I didn’t try again, but I’m hoping to try again. I didn’t feel bad, this was my first time. And I was also working really small quantities. I think there’s not even a little to blend. I think next time I will work with a larger sample because this is my first time I did one to risk a financial burden of working with a bit amount of milk. So next time, now that I have some experience, I think I’ll try and eventually look for liters of milk and see if I can get some cheese from that. But yes, it was a very unpleasant experience. I cannot unpleasant but very funny I’ll say. And the dishes being the dishes afterwards was terrible because everything had that milk. Definitely the trick of it.
