This is actually really funny. For example, I tried making cheese. It is really funny. So I got the milk, and then the recipe said we had to put some lemon and some vinegar in the milk and then stir the milk with the vinegar or the salt or the lemon, whichever it is. What is the word? Well, you separate the milk curds from the milk. So I stirred the milk, and then it separated. I strained it, and then after straining, the amount of milk that came out was actually much, much less. The amount of the curds, I think that is what they call them, the milk bits that make the cheese. So I was supposed to get that, put it in a blender, add some salt, add some milk, and then blend to make cheese. So when I put everything in the blender and blended, it didn't... how do I say this? It didn't mix into cheese. I don't know what went wrong. I went back and revised the recipe, but it just stayed. It didn't become a smooth, buttery, cheesy texture. It stayed clumpy, that is what I was saying. I tried to add some more milk, add some more salt, but it didn't improve. I didn't try again, but I'm hoping to try again. I didn't feel bad; this was my first time. I was also working with really small quantities. I think there wasn't even enough to blend. I think next time I will work with a larger amount because this is my first time, and I didn't want to risk a financial burden of working with a small amount of milk. So next time, now that I have some experience, I think I'll try and eventually look for liters of milk and see if I can get some cheese from that. But yes, it was a very unpleasant experience. I cannot say it was unpleasant, but very funny, I'll say. And the dishes afterwards were terrible because everything had that milk. Definitely the trick of it.
