So, this questionnaire was provided by my university and it asked me a question about my feeling of the university and how and what things are necessary in order to improve it from my perspective. Well, the university asked me to answer this questionnaire like at every other student because for university it is crucial to know my opinion because at the end of the day it provides a service to me. For this reason I am the client and then it is important for them my opinion because they need to provide the best service possible to me because like I said I am the client. Well, in conclusion I need to say that I felt important when I did it. Moreover, I believe it is crucial for the university to know the student’s opinions about it because it is the only way to improve. Indeed, I feel also happy to my shows, to my university shows because it is demonstrated that they are trying to improve and that is something important for me.
