One time I was asked to complete a survey at my university. It was about student satisfaction with online classes. The university staff wanted to understand what improvements could be made. I was asked to participate because I attended most of the lectures and actively engaged in the class. They probably thought I could provide useful feedback. In the survey, I mentioned that online classes were convenient but limited interaction. Teachers could use more visual materials and provide more opportunities to speak. I felt it was nice to give my opinion, as it could lead to positive changes.
