Okay, I would like to talk about when last year I had to compile a form, a Google form, to express my opinions, but also how I used the new technologies, for example, the trend devices, all the things related to the internet and so on. And I decided to compile this form because a friend of mine asked me because he needed data from a big number of people for a school project of an university course. And therefore I decided to answer to this survey and I said how much I used my phone, my computer and I also described what I think the effects of technologies on our daily life was and actually are because this is something that can be extended also to nowadays and now today. And basically I said that I used a lot of these kind of technologies, in particular I use a lot of my laptop and I think that the major part of the effects are negative, not positive, even though the disadvantages can be some way mitigated if you know them and if you know how to deal with them.
