So this is back in 2015 when all of my friends came to my house and stayed over for a football match that's widely known as El Clasico. The teams involved are Barcelona and Real Madrid. We were having a lot of fun before the match. We ordered snacks, drinks, everything. After the match started, it was the ever-beautiful rivalry between Messi and Ronaldo. One of my friends played a brilliant game, but midway through, we started a debate on who is better. My friend said that Ronaldo is better, and of course, I didn't agree with him. We shouted at each other at first. He shouted at me, and I couldn't hold myself back, so I also shouted at him and explained why Messi is better, and he explained why Ronaldo is better. After a while of debating, we calmed down and came to the realization that not everything is worth arguing or disputing. Sometimes it's okay to agree to disagree. I think we should respect each other's opinions, and that's my biggest takeaway from that day: no one should hold onto their opinion for life. One should respect another's opinion and move on because everyone has different views, everyone has different idols, and we should always respect others' opinions and perspectives on everything. Thank you.
