I can remember that two days ago I gave advice to one of my engineers in my group in the company. The advice was about a very small technical issue that could lead to a disaster if we didn't consider it. I am the technical manager of our company and my responsibility is to check the designs and supervise and monitor them in terms of their possible faults and errors. Therefore, it is one part of my routine work. And also, I can say these pieces of advice could help the engineers to improve their designing skills and their experience through our work.
