Well, in India, it is very common to give and take advice. In fact, it is a gesture of care for each other. Here, I am going to talk about a time when I gave advice to my friend. Her name is Raman. I met her a few months ago. At that time, she was struggling with depression and anxiety due to our cold weather. Then, I gave her advice to take a meditation course. I told her that this course is really helpful to reduce her stress by just following a few tricks. I also explained to her that this course teaches how to use the power of the subconscious mind in every situation. But at first, she refused to join due to her hectic schedule. Then, I explained my situation and told her my whole story about how I am now able to pursue my hobby alongside my full-time job. After this, she was inspired and joined the course. This course really helped her a lot. Honestly, I have nothing but positive things to say about this because this course helped her in many ways. It was like killing two birds with one stone because, on one hand, this course helped her reduce her stress and anxiety. On the other hand, it also helped her enhance her cognitive skills and allowed her to think outside the box. All in all, this is a time when I gave advice to someone. Thank you.
