I would like to describe the time when I helped my best friend learn to practice Pilates. It was some years ago, and I have always been a big fan of the fitness world. I had been practicing Pilates for many years, and my best friend asked me to teach her some exercises to improve her body, flexibility, and mobility since she had never been into sports or the fitness world. As I mentioned, she is my best friend, and regarding what she learned, I remember that we started with some basic exercises and then improved day by day. It was a really nice experience since I know her very well, and she felt at ease having me as a teacher rather than someone she didn't know. We faced several challenges since she did not have a very elastic or flexible body, but we overcame these issues and dealt with them in the best way possible. Nowadays, she is currently practicing Pilates because she loved it.

I would like to describe the time in which I helped my best friend to learn to practice pilates. As I already said, was my best friend and as far as what she learned I remember that first of all we started with some basic exercises and then we improved day by day it was a a really nice experience since she is my best friend and so I know her very well and she was very at ease because she had me as a teacher and not another person she didn’t know and we faced a lot of challenges since she has not a very elastic body, a flexible body, but we overcame all of these issues and deal it with them in the best way possible. And nowadays she is currently practicing pilares because she loved it.
