Last year, when I saw my best friend in a very bad situation, with her mother having cancer, the situation was so difficult for them. When I saw them, it was very harmful and painful for me, and at that time, I really learned something. In our lives, it doesn't matter how wealthy or rich we are; what matters is being healthy and alive with our family and our loved ones. This is a lesson for my entire life. After that situation, I decided to no longer worry about money, jobs, or things like that. I should just focus on our health, and we should protect ourselves properly and treat ourselves by giving nutrition to our souls.
