So I would tell you about a challenge that I overcame 2 years ago to be Pacific. It was when I had to study for my high school entrance exam. It was really hard in my country. Only 15% are allowed to go in high school. So I was really stressed and actually have to… I gave myself a challenge which is wake up at 4am every morning and study then till the midnight. I was really difficult because having to wake up early in the winters and sleeping late at night had a significant impact on my health. But the desire to get in my dream school was higher than that. So I have to try really hard. I first do it by putting my phone far away and only use it as an alarm to wake me up and remind me when to sleep. I really grateful for my families for always supporting me on this challenge. If I ever overslept or can’t do it anymore, they just say that I should rest and the rest could rest for the rest of the day instead of trying on my heart and could easily harm my health. Eventually I get into my dream school but every time I think about it, I’m really grateful for all the things I have done to put me at the present.
