It was very difficult thing to me because I have a extreme wear of diagnals which is called nctophobia. So which uh. Pulls myself down to do that. That the things in darkness it’s a competition and we divided into different groups and each groups have three members on each person. Did the observation of uh. First and second and third day. So first day it was my friend’s turn and second is it was my turn. So first day I went with her but uh. It was difficult to me stay uh. Stay uh. In darkness. So I. I suddenly go back to hostel room and I feel very anxiety and I. I. I become more nervous on that day um. My. After her observation he returned to hostel and he motivated me because uh. That was my turn tomor. Um. That was my turn the second day and motivates me and I. And I am also tried to pull myself up to do that and. And I have an. And I have an interest to do uh. Astrophysics in um. My choosing my career or I wasn’t interested uh. My career go to the. And I successfully next day I pulled myself and successfully do that and at that time I realized the beauty of night and uh. Rather than that I fear things in um. Fearing things in night and I pulled myself to do and we want first prizese in that project and rather than winning a first prize uh. I went to overcoming my nctophobia. It happened during a space research project on astronomy, where we used telescopes at night. This was incredibly challenging for me because my nyctophobia is quite severe. It held me back, making it difficult to participate. We were divided into groups of three, each person taking turns observing for a day. The first day was my friend's turn, and I went with her. However, the darkness was overwhelming, and I felt anxious and nervous. I ended up going back to the hostel, feeling overwhelmed.
The next day was my turn, and my friend encouraged me. I knew I had to push myself, especially since I'm interested in astrophysics and wanted to pursue it as a career. I managed to overcome my fear and successfully completed my observation. That night, I realized the beauty of the night sky and how my fear had been holding me back.
While we didn't win first prize in the project, I achieved something much more significant: I conquered my nyctophobia. It was a huge accomplishment for me, and I'm grateful to my friend for her support and encouragement.
