Okay, well, it's a nice question. I would like to talk about a time when I successfully navigated a difficult situation. This situation occurred when my brother and I had an accident in traffic about two years ago. It was challenging because of the other car owners involved. There were three men who got out of their car, acting aggressively, and I was also irritated by the situation because it was not our fault. However, they behaved as if it were our fault, which made things worse. My brother was also upset, and they tried to argue with each other. I stopped both of them and calmed them down. After that, I tried to explain both sides of the situation because I had recorded the road during the incident. I showed my video to the other car owners and their friends, and they realized it was not our fault. They began to apologize, saying things like, 'Forgive us, it's my fault,' and similar phrases. I learned a lot from this experience because when you feel angry or emotional, you shouldn't make decisions. It's important to calm down first, and only then can you make a rational decision.
