I would like to talk about a time when I successfully solved a problem at school. The problem occurred during a group assignment at university. One of our group members did not contribute much, and this caused tension because the deadline was approaching. As a result, the workload was not balanced, and some members felt stressed and frustrated. To solve that issue, I first discussed the situation with my group politely. I suggested that we divide the tasks more clearly and set small deadlines for each part. I also volunteered to help coordinate the work and regularly check our progress through group chats. By communicating openly and staying organized, everyone became more responsible. In the end, we completed the assignment on time and received a good grade. More importantly, the teamwork improved, and the atmosphere became much more positive. I felt proud and relieved because I was able to handle the problem calmly and helped the group work better together. It also gave me more confidence in my communication and leadership skills.
