When I was in junior high school, I had a problem with my friend. I had his identity card, and he was upset with me. So my first step to resolve this conflict was to apologize to him and give back his identity card. I didn't indicate it, but when my friend didn't forgive me, my teacher helped me to apologize to him. When my friend was convinced by my teacher, he forgave me. He was just testing my patience. I felt very excited and happy because I solved my own problem by myself.
