The last time I felt embarrassed was about a month ago when I was out with my friend named Anna. We were at a restaurant, eating and talking about many things. Suddenly, I saw someone who I thought I knew. She looked similar to my friend named Karla. I went up to her and said, "Hi Karla, how are you? Long time no see! I missed you so much. Will you join us at our table?" She replied, "Sorry, do I know you? Who is Karla? I'm not Karla; I'm Cynthia." I was taken aback and said, "Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe I was wrong. I thought you were my friend Karla because you seem so similar to her. I'm really sorry." I then walked away, leaving her standing there, looking at me like, "What just happened?" After that, Anna and I continued our conversation and eating as if nothing had happened. That's it.
