During a class with the children, I was extremely nervous because it was one of my first times teaching. At the back, I tried to speak confidently, but I could feel my hands shaking and my voice trembling. As the lesson continued, I suddenly felt dizzy at the weak. My blood pressure dropped, and I almost fainted in front of the students. One of them noticed and looked while others whispered, and they left because they didn't understand what was happening. I had to stop the activities, sit down for a moment, and drink some water before I could continue. It was a very embarrassing moment because all the students saw me struggling, and I felt that I had lost control of the situation. However, later I realized that these experiences are part of learning to be a teacher, and they help me understand how important it is to manage and take care of my health before entering the classroom.
