Owing to my busy study schedule, I am unable to manage much time to enjoy television documentaries. However, in December of 2024, I watched a documentary about the Vietnam War against the United States in 1972. The title is The Saint of Burning Crash, produced by 20th Tale. This Vietnamese theme compiles social issues with the harsh realities of war. The focus of this theme is the Battle of Wang Chui Xitadu and the main characters are four students from Hanok University, Huang Tan Long, who joined the army in 1971 and fought at Wang Chui Xitadu in 1972. At the end of the theme, Vietnam was unified, and Tan Long sacrificed his life. Why was Hong fortunate enough to survive? There were several documentaries, and I selected this one carefully. First and foremost, documentaries are commonly made with real events and authentic experiences. It fully satisfies my curiosity about the brutality and harsh realities of war. Moreover, I was given a school assignment about introducing your favorite work. Hence, I decided to refer to The Saint of Burning Crash in my presentation.
