Um, today I’m going to talk about a food which is my favorite food, which I tried, uh, during a festival. So it is aluberata, huh? In Punjab, um, it is everyone’s breakf first in the morning. And whether there is an event or not, aloo parataus is uh, always there in everybody’s home. So the process of making aloarataus is very simple. First you need to boil potatoes for the uh, stuffing. After boiling potatoes, you add, you add some spices like onions, garlic, ginger and r chi turmeric and etca, all the traditional spices. Then you make a dough of that as well as that’s beside of that, you uh, take wheat flour and you make a dough of that. Now uh, you make tortia of the dough which we made from the wheat flour. And then you put some stuffing inside it and then you roll the dough and you make it again like a parathas. So that. And then you fry that parathas which make alo parathas. You can have it with the cheese. Ah, tipping or um, ketchup also works for that. It is really very yummy and it is really very special for all Indians whenever uh, and it is good to learn it.
