At that day I was driving to my destination where I am going and suddenly I got called at production instance was down, everyone is panicking and client is calling and it is very priority task. So I have to stop my car in the side of the road. Then I connected with my office’s laptop and checked that instance is very perfectly fine but from the instance everything seems fine but there is something issue on website when you hit website. So I backtrusted and checked what can be the issue. Is there anything, is there issue anything from code or any infla side? Firstly, I checked my all things RAM like RAM, CPU, everything seems normal. And suddenly I have checked the logs and there is also no issue found in that. I have gone on our cloud platform and checked that there was a configuration changed done by my colleague. and it was not intentionally but due to that production instance I suddenly stopped working but he didn’t notice that then I fixed it and then everything’s worked perfectly because there was a small mistake but I learned from that we should not panic in any major situation and calm down ourselves and and try to solve the issue and after completing that task I really felt good because that is that is much important task
