I decided to talk about an app that was created by one of my teammates of my football team, Billerbasse team and this app is called UCoach and in this app all the teammates have to share their opinions about the training and with some Q&A. This app is used for knowing what the teammates think about the training and the Q&A have to be done, as to be done before and after the training time. We use it three times a week during the training sessions and I find it so effective because with this app the coach and the PT, the personal trainer, have a clear situation of what we think about the session, so if it is too hard or if it is too light, so they can change something to be to get the session, the training sessions more reliable to teammates.
